Fame at last….

We were absolutely delighted to be offered the chance to be interviewed about our website by ITV Wales News recently, and it also gave us the chance to visit one of our wonderful accessible properties – Ty Hendy on Anglesey.

This was a completely new experience for us and it was initially a little nerve-wracking to be interviewed on camera but Ian (journalist) and Matt (cameraman) were very calm and and experienced, and we really enjoyed it (eventually!). Andrew from Tyddyn Mon was filmed showing us round Ty Hendy, and did a sterling job when being interviewed for the piece! It was so exciting and a little surreal to see ourselves on ITV that evening, but we were really pleased with how the piece told our story and the story of the website.

The response on social media was fantastic, with loads of views of the clip, and a huge surge of traffic to the website. It was a wonderful opportunity for us and we’d like to thank the Camarilla Group and Business Wales for arranging this amazing press experience.

I have to take this opportunity to tell you just how lovely and fully-accessible Ty Hendy is, it’s always great to see a property in ‘real life’ as it can give you those extra pieces of information to share with prospective holidaymakers. Ty Hendy is just so spacious, really big bedrooms, 8 bathrooms (6 en-suite) and a fantastic lounge/kitchen/dining area on the upper floor. There is more than enough room for a large group and our son actually commented ‘It’s like a mansion….!’
