- Each property listing cost is for a 12-month period
- We are happy to list multiple properties and can offer a discount pricing structure starting from just £50 per additional property (if properties are situated in the same location, i.e. a group of cottages, apartments). Please contact us to request pricing details (price will be based on the largest property then subsequent properties at a discounted rate)
- Each property has a bespoke listing to ensure that the level of detail required is individualised accurately
- Your listing fee includes us creating your bespoke listing

- 1 or 2 bedroom properties – £140
- 3 bedroom properties – £150
- 4 or 5 bedroom properties – £160
- 6+ bedroom properties – £170
- 10+ bedroom properties – £180
Our pricing is transparent and follows a simple model – potential guests contact you or your agency directly to enquire or make a booking, we do not charge any further fees or commission to you or our website visitors
