The Stables at Harrods Cornish Cottages

The Stables is a 5* wheelchair-accessible cottage with spacious open-plan living and a private accessible hot-tub.

The cottage has a light and spacious open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with oak beams, high ceilings, leather sofa, armchairs, riser/recliner chair, Smart TV, dining table with free-standing seating, and patio doors with ramp access onto the garden. A Sara Stedy sit-to-stand aid is available to loan.

The luxury kitchen has low-level storage cupboards and drawers, low height microwave, and side-opening oven.

The Stables has a large super king-size/twin bedroom with armchair, TV, and en-suite wet-room (a single profiling bed and mobile hoist are available on request).

The luxury wet-room has step-free shower, fixed grab-rails for shower, washbasin, and WC, comfort height toilet with drop-down grab-rail, and choice of shower chairs (including a tilt-in-space shower chair).

The Stables has ramp access from the living area onto a private enclosed sandstone patio with outdoor dining furniture and cosy hot-tub (Gantry mobile hoist available on request).

The dog-friendly cottage has private parking, EV charging point, and hard-standing driveway directly outside the front door. Guests have access to a communal garden with large unfenced grassed area, orchard and wooded area.

The Stables is one of five luxury cottages at Harrods Cornish Cottages, set in a peaceful rural location less than 3 miles from the popular seaside town of Perranporth with accessible beach, beach wheelchair hire, and local shops, restaurants and cafes. Two additional accessible cottages are also available.

Harrods Cornish Cottages are located on the coastal road between Newquay and Truro within easy driving distance of popular attractions such as Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium, The Eden Project, Pendennis Castle, National Trust properties, and the stunning beaches of the North Coast of Cornwall.
