Bodior Garden Cottage is a large luxury holiday cottage close to the pretty coastal village of Rhoscolyn on the Isle of Anglesey.
The cottage has a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen with cosy wood-burner, sofa and armchairs, wall-mounted TV, dining table with free-standing seating (2 with arms), and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with doors onto a gravel path and the rear garden (4cm lip, thick rubber wedge available to provide step-free access).
Bodior Garden Cottage also has a cosy second living room with sofas, armchairs, wood-burner, wall-mounted TV, and study area.
Also on the ground floor is a spacious newly built double bedroom with vaulted ceiling (furniture can be re-configured to suit specific needs). The bedroom has level access to the rear garden through extra wide doors and a lowered threshold/ramp; a level paved path leads from the external doors around to the parking area.
The stylish accessible wet-room has a wide sliding door, step-free shower, fixed grab-rail for shower, shower stool, drop-down grab-rail for comfort height WC, and a wheel-under washbasin.
Also on the ground floor is a modern family bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin, and WC, and a shower room with large walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.
The cottage has four beautifully styled bedrooms on the first floor including a super-king/twin bedroom and king-size bedroom (with optional interlocking doors), a double bedroom with en-suite WC and washbasin, and bunk bedroom with en-suite WC and washbasin.
Guests can enjoy beautiful outdoor spaces surrounding the cottage. The large enclosed rear garden with views over the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park has extensive lawns, a West-facing BBQ area with outdoor dining furniture, and a private hot-tub.
The garden has a hand-rail leading up to the lawns, BBQ area and hot-tub, and a second hand-rail and paved path to provide wheelchair access are due to be added shortly.
The cottage also has a side patio alongside the house with outdoor dining table and chairs, and private drive with parking for 5 cars.
Bodior Garden Cottage is one of two luxury properties set on a beautiful 600 acres farm with a direct footpath through the farm onto the Anglesey Coastal Path. The cottage is on the outskirts of the popular seaside village of Rhoscolyn with famous gastro pub ‘The White Eagle’.
Rhoscolyn is just two miles from the village of Valley with local amenities including shops, restaurants and cafes, and a short drive from the popular coastal village of Trearddur Bay with Blue Flag sandy beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants.
The port town of Holyhead has more amenities including supermarkets, leisure centre, golf course, and marina. Guests can also enjoy day trips to Dublin from Holyhead Port.
A wide range of activities and attractions are available on Anglesey including South Stack Lighthouse, Beaumaris Castle, Anglesey Sea Zoo, and the numerous Blue Flag beaches and dramatic coastline. It is a short drive to the popular coastal towns and villages of Rhosneigr, Benllech, Beaumaris, and Newborough.
Guests can also travel over the Menai or Britannia Bridges to the cathedral city of Bangor with high street shops and retail park, the Snowdonia National Park (Eryri) and the spectacular Llyn Peninsula coastline.
