Property description

Lytton Tree Lodge 1 is a luxury single-storey lodge a few minutes drive from the beach on the outskirts of the pretty seaside town of Southwold.

The lodge has level access into a dining room with corner sofa (also double sofa bed), armchair, dining table with free-standing seating, and wall-mounted TV; and a separate fully-equipped kitchen.

Lodge 1 has a large en-suite living room/super-king bedroom with sofa (also small double sofa bed), wheel-under study desk/dressing table, wall-mounted TV, and double doors onto the private patio and shared lawns.

The stylish en-suite wet-room has a step-free shower, fixed grab-rail for shower, shower stool, drop-down grab-rail for raised WC, and fixed grab-rail for wheel-under washbasin. Mobility equipment hire is also available locally.

Guests can enjoy a private hard-standing patio area with outdoor dining furniture, and large shared lawns with hard-standing pathways (the lodge is dog-friendly). Accessible parking and EV chargers are available alongside the lodges.

What a lovely place! Lodge 1 was ideal for our stay. The easy parking and level access made life so simple. The walk-in shower was fantastic and the lodge was beautifully presented. We'll be back soon!

Brilliant break at Lodge 1. The wider doors and step-free access were perfect for my Mum. The walk-in shower room was lovely and the whole lodge felt spacious and comfortable. Great location and super friendly hosts.

Lodge 1 is a real gem! So clean, well equipped and in a great location. The parking was easy and the accessibility features made our stay stress free. We loved it!

We stayed in Lodge 1 for a short break and it was absolutely wonderful. The walk-in shower was a real plus and the wider doors made everything so easy. The parking right outside was perfect. We can't wait to return!
