The hotel has 95 bedrooms in total, and spacious ground-floor dining areas and bars. ‘The Retreat Bar and Eatery’ and ‘The Plantation’ restaurant/dining room both have level access, short pile carpet, accessible toilets, access to the Changing Places facility, and large print menus.
The five accessible bedrooms have en-suite accessible wet-rooms with step-free showers, drop-down and fixed grab-rails for WC, shower, and washbasin, wall-mounted shower seat, wheel-under washbasin, shower/commode chair (some of which are tilting), WC raisers, and emergency cords.
Two of the accessible bedrooms are on the first floor (accessible by lift), both with removeable ceiling hoists. One of the bedrooms has a king-size profiling bed with independently adjustable single mattresses (interconnecting with a standard double/twin); and the second accessible room is a twin bedroom with two separate profiling beds. These bedrooms are also dog-friendly.

I stayed at the Marsham Court for a New Years break. We found all the staff to be very friendly and courteous and they went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was a very good one. If you want a fantastic family holiday this is the place to choose on Bournemouth especially if you are disabled.
We went to the Marsham Court for a long weekend. The car park was full, but as a disabled driver I was offered a reserved space near the door. Reception is bright and welcoming, and the staff were nothing short of excellent. The area is pleasant and crossing the road we were able to access the cliff top path which leads down to the pier. We are just sorting out our next trip there! Bournemouth is a pleasant seaside town, with great beaches, a vast array of shops and restaurants and easy access to the New Forest.
The facilities are good and the heated outdoor pool a joy. The location right on East Cliff provides great views of the sea, I will ensure I return to Marsham Court on my return to Bournemouth. I must commend the staff, from reception to bar to dining room to room service they are all so obliging, they made my stay so very special.
Arrived at the hotel and welcomed by friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was clean, bright and very well organised with a large selection of choices for breakfast, the staff were polite and efficient at all times. The terrace, pool area, poolside bar, toilets and facilities were much more than we expected the pictures on the website don't do them justice, there was always a helpful member of staff around should you need one. The location was perfect, quiet yet very close to the beach and attractions, 5 min walk and a 10 minute walk into the centre for shops, cinema, bars and restaurants. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will be returning next year.
What a gem of a hotel! Great facilities (including an outdoor heated pool). Very clean, great attention to detail, good food, there’s nothing not to like about this hotel. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It’s the perfect hotel for a family holiday with close proximity to the centre of Bournemouth, a short walk to the beach but tucked away just enough off the beaten track to remain a peaceful location. I really can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
We had a very pleasant stay at Marsham Court. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to store suitcases. The bar area was very nice, a couple evenings there was live music. The outdoor pool is a big plus, it’s a good size with plenty of loungers and towels available.
