Owl Lodge Cornwall is a newly built Scandinavian lodge with spectacular panoramic views just 15 minutes from the South Cornwall Coast.

The lodge has ramp access into a stunning open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with vaulted ceiling, two sets of doors opening onto the balcony, and multiple windows to enjoy the beautiful views.

The light and airy room has a seating area with sofa, armchair, and flat-screen Smart TV, stylish modern kitchen, dining table with free-standing seating and a second seating area with two armchairs.

Owl Lodge has a master king-size bedroom with armchair, beautiful countryside views, and sliding doors into an en-suite wet-room (the bed can be more easily accessed from the side closest to the wet-room).

The accessible wet-room has a step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, fixed grab-rails for shower, fixed and drop-down grab-rails for WC, and fixed grab-rail for wheel-under washbasin.

The lodge also has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a utility room with laundry facilities.

Guests can enjoy the large wrap-around balcony with glass balustrade providing spectacular uninterrupted farmland and woodland views. The balcony has outdoor dining furniture and leads around to the ramp access.

The lodge has an enclosed garden with lawns and a gate leading to a wildflower garden and private woodland. The hard-standing driveway has private parking for 3 cars and an EV Charging Point.

Owl Lodge is situated close to the pretty village of Menheniot with village shop and pub, and is just 15 minutes drive from the coastal villages of Looe and Seaton. Menheniot is a few miles from the historic market town of Liskeard, situated between Bodmin Moor and the South Coast of Cornwall.

A wide range of activities and attractions are available locally including The Eden Project, a range of National Trust and English Heritage properties, Porfell Wildlife Park, Adrenaline Quarry, and the beautiful towns, villages and beaches of South East Cornwall.
