Restwell Retreats is a spacious wheelchair-accessible bungalow close to Whitstable town centre, harbour and beach and just a few minutes walk from Tankerton Beach.
The bungalow has a spacious porch (with threshold ramp access) leading into the hallway.
The light and airy open-plan living room has sofas, riser/recliner chair, dining table, wall mounted TV, feature fireplace and doors into the conservatory. The living room leads round into a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a lowered/wheel-under worksurface area.
Restwell Retreats has a spacious conservatory with sofa (including sofa bed), laundry facilities, and garden views (threshold ramps available for wheelchair access).
The accessible bedroom has two profiling beds, full room coverage ceiling hoist, and wall-mounted TV. A mobile hoist and Sara Stedy stand aid are available to guests which can be used in the bedroom and throughout the bungalow.
The second bedroom has a double bedroom and wall-mounted TV.

The house was well equipped with all the facilities we needed. We had a BBQ on the first night in the garden, which is a lovely sun trap. Overall, our stay was comfortable and a home away from home. Recommended – 5 stars!
