The Dairy is a luxury converted milking parlour situated in a peaceful rural location and surrounded by open countryside.
The cottage has wide bi-fold doors leading from the driveway into a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with a second set of bi-fold doors leading onto the large private terrace (6cm lip at entrance, portable threshold ramp available).
The living room has a large corner sofa, armchair, wall-mounted TV, and sound system; leading to a dining table with free-standing seating and a luxury fully-equipped kitchen. A utility room is also available with laundry facilities.
The Dairy has a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, armchair, wall-mounted TV with Sky ‘Multi-Room’, en-suite wet-room and bi-fold doors leading onto the terrace (6cm lip at entrance, portable threshold ramp available).
The en-suite wet-room has a step-free shower, fixed grab-rails for shower, hand-held shower attachment, rainfall shower head, shower chair, wall-mounted washbasin and vanity unit, fixed grab-rails for WC, and WC raiser.
