Property description
The Jordan Suite is one of three apartment suites situated at The Haven Centre, all with profiling beds and en-suite wet-rooms. The Jordan Suite is a wheelchair-accessible ground floor apartment.
The suite has a light and airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with modern fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, dining table with free-standing seating, comfortable sofas and TV, and double doors onto a communal level patio.
The Jordan Suite has two accessible bedrooms, each with a single profiling bed, ceiling hoist, and sliding doors into an en-suite wet-room. A mobile hoist is also available to guests.
The two spacious wet-rooms have step-free showers, wall-mounted shower seats, shower trolley/bench, drop-down and fixed grab-rails for shower, WC and washbasin, wheel-under washbasins, and emergency cords.
The apartment also has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, so is suitable for a family break or a break with carers (available locally).
The three apartments are situated at The Haven Centre, a newly developed multi-purpose facility created by The Elsie Normington Foundation. Guests can enjoy access to an outdoor accessible playground, a large accessible play centre, sensory room (all available to book subject to availability), and a community garden.
An accessible community cafe is also situated on-site and is open daily Monday to Friday (9am-3pm). The large car park has accessible parking spaces and EV chargers.
The Haven Centre is located in the popular city of Inverness, known as the ‘Highland Capital’ and the site of the infamous Loch Ness where visitors can enjoy boat tours and a trip to the Loch Ness Centre and Exhibition.
The centre is very centrally located with a convenience store just a few minutes walk away and Inverness Retail Park seven minutes drive away with large supermarket, restaurants, cafes, cinema, bowling, and high street shops. Several pub/restaurants and takeaways are also less than 5 minutes drive.
Inverness is situated in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, and guests can enjoy stunning landscapes and a wide range of local attractions including Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefield, Inverness Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre and Cinema, and Uile-Bheist Distillery.
