The Big Barn is a very large luxury property combining The Stable Block and The Old Cowshed at Tanylan Farm (joined by an accessible link room) just 400 yards from the beach. The barn accommodates 31 guests in total, perfect for group holidays, celebrations or reunions with large gardens and two hot-tubs.
The Big Barn has level access/interior, two stunning open-plan living/dining/kitchen areas with original features, seven luxury en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, two wet-rooms, a cinema room, a games room, and accessible WC.
On the first floor is a second games room, double en-suite bedroom, 4 king-size en-suite bedrooms and an en-suite family bedroom (full details on configuration can be found in the Summary).
Guests at The Big Barn can enjoy private gardens with outdoor seating, two hot-tubs, BBQ, firepit, pizza oven on request, and sea views (from The Old Cowshed gardens). Hard-standing private parking is available with paved pathways leading to the house. The barn is dog-friendly.

The large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area has a double-height vaulted ceiling with stunning original features, and French doors onto the patio.
The property has six ground-floor en-suite bedrooms, an accessible wet-room (with step-free shower, drop-down and fixed grab rails, wall-mounted shower seat, and wheel-under washbasin), utility room, and feature staircase leading to the first floor with mezzanine games room and a king-size en-suite bedroom.

The large open-plan living/kitchen/dining room has a vaulted ceiling, open stonework, and traditional ‘compartment arch’ floor-to-ceiling feature windows along the length of the room. Guests can also enjoy a cinema room and games room with full-size pool table.
The Stable Block has a ground floor king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a separate accessible wet-room with step-free shower, shower stool, fixed and drop-down grab-rails, raised height WC, standard height WC, and wheel-under washbasin. Four king-size bedrooms and a family bedroom are situated on the first floor (all with en-suite shower rooms including some with walk-in showers).
