The Stable Block is a newly converted luxury property just 400 yards from the beaches of Carmarthen Bay.
The Stable Block has a very large open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceiling, open stonework, and traditional ‘compartment arch’ floor-to-ceiling feature windows along the length of the room.
The living room has three large sofas, flat-screen TV, and ceiling spotlights. The kitchen/dining area has a stylish kitchen with central island and high stools, and a large dining table with free-standing seating.
Guests can also enjoy a separate cinema room with bean bags, seating, and wall-mounted cinema screen; and games room with full-size pool table.
The Stable Block has a ground floor king-size bedroom with large feature window providing natural light and en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is a luxury wet-room with step-free shower, shower stool, fixed grab-rail for shower, drop-down grab-rail for raised height WC, standard height WC, and wheel-under washbasin with fixed grab-rail.
