The Tack Room has a light and airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with exposed beams and floor-to-ceiling doors providing stunning views of the surrounding parkland. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa, armchair on wheels, cosy wood-burner, and Smart TV.

The large accessible kitchen has a lowered/wheel-under hob and worktop, wheel-under sink, and slide-and-hide Neff oven, and dining area with wheelchair-accessible table and free-standing seating.

The Tack Room has a spacious master bedroom with super king-size bed (can also be configured as twin beds), floor-to-ceiling doors with spectacular countryside views, and extra sockets either side of the bed.

The Tack Room is one of three accessible barn conversions situated at Castle Chase Cottages on the outskirts of the pretty village of Ayston with village green, period stone houses and church. All three dog-friendly cottages can be booked together accommodating ten guests in total.

Castle Chase Cottages are close to the picturesque market town of Uppingham with local amenities, independent shops, restaurants, tea rooms and local pubs.

Guests can enjoy visiting the popular market towns of Stamford and Oakham, and explore Rutland Water, set in 4,200 acres of open countryside with Aqua Park, watersports, walking/cycling routes, cafe, Changing Places facility, and peaceful nature reserve.
