Giltar View is an accessible townhouse situated on one of the traditional rows of colourful cottages a few minutes walk from the Esplanade in Tenby, with easy access to Tenby South Beach.
The house has an accessible bedroom with profiling bed and ceiling hoist, an accessible bathroom with ceiling hoist, lift access to all floors, ramp access at entrance, and a level courtyard garden. A dedicated parking space is located close to the house.
On the ground floor is a spacious and light living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with table and seating for 6, and cloakroom/WC.
On the first floor is an accessible bedroom with profiling bed, additional 3ft single bed and a ceiling hoist. The accessible bathroom is also on this floor with step-free shower, Kingcraft rise-and-fall bath (with ceiling hoist over), hand-held shower attachment for use with bath or with wheel-in shower chair, height-adjustable washbasin, and drop-down support arm alongside WC.
Giltar View also has a double bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms on the second floor, with lift access to all floors.
The house has a private courtyard garden with seating at the rear of the house, and a dedicated parking space available free of charge within a short distance of the house (free drop-off spaces outside the house).
