Lodge 6 – Elderburn Luxury Lodges, Scotland
Lodge 6 is single-storey and has light open-plan living spaces, a riser/recliner chair, 2 luxury bedrooms (one with twin electric adjustable beds), and an accessible wet-room. Lodge 6 enjoys stunning views of the Fife countryside and is just 3 miles from the historic city of St.Andrews (other lodges are available on-site for larger groups).
Lodge 6 is available from 21st December for 7 nights for £975, or from 28th December for 7 nights for £975.

Grindon Cartshed – Northumberland
Grindon Cartshed is a beautiful split-level barn conversion in the Northumbria National Park, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge/dining area providing stunning countryside views, and cosy wood-burner for a Christmas break. Grindon Cartshed has 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with accessible shower room.

66 Cala Llonga – Menorca
Christmas sunshine? 66 Cala Llonga has 3 en-suite bedrooms (including 2 ground floor bedrooms with en-suite wet-rooms), and a large private pool with full-length ramp, handrail and pool wheelchair to enable easy access. Carvosso Mill – Cornwall
Carvosso Mill is a 5* Gold award-winning property with stunning original features and level access throughout. There are 3 luxurious bedrooms (one with large en-suite bathroom), a luxury wet-room, wide doorways, and level access onto the private garden.
Carvosso Mill is available between the 18th and 27th December – 3 nights are £797 and 7 nights are £1139. A deposit of 10% is payable when booking with the balance due 7 days before arrive (full refund given if cancellation is due to Covid-related reasons).

Clare’s Place – Devon
Clare’s Place is a modern and spacious bungalow with large living and dining rooms, an accessible kitchen, and 4 spacious bedrooms – 2 with fixed ceiling hoists and adapted wet-rooms (one with jacuzzi bath). Please note the pool is not available to guests during the winter months.
Clare’s Place is available from 23rd December for 7 nights, and 30th December for 7 nights – both weeks priced at £1500.

Saras’s Cottage – Cornwall
Sara’s Cottage is a 5* single-storey cottage with level access throughout and wide doorways. There are 3 luxury bedrooms, including a large wheelchair-accessible bedroom with brand new luxury wet-room. The cottage has a cosy wood-burner for a perfect festive break.
Sara’s Cottage is available for breaks over Christmas and New Year, 3 nights or longer for 2 guests from £1107, 3 nights or longer for 3-6 guests from £1476. All bookings are fully refundable for cancellations up to 2 days before arrival date.

Heather Barn – Cornwall
Heather Barn is a 5* Gold accessible cottage with two en-suite bedrooms (1 with level-entry accessible wet-room), level access throughout, and spacious rooms with turning space. There is a private hot-tub, and 4 legged friends will enjoy the secure garden and ‘Central Bark’ – a dedicated 6 acre dog-walking paddock.
Heather Barn is available up to Sunday 27th December, 5 nights (minimum stay) for £1513, 6 nights £1560, 1 week £1733. The cottage will have a decorated Christmas tree, and a festive hamper including Champagne and festive treats.

The Coach House – Cornwall
The Coach House is a 5* new build holiday cottage sleeping 4, with spacious open-plan living, level access throughout, accessible kitchen, wide doorways, and large accessible wet-room. The Coach House is dog-friendly and is less than 3 miles from the dog-friendly beach of Perranporth, and close to some cosy traditional dog-friendly pubs.
The Coach House has flexible changeover dates over Christmas and New Year (minimum of 7 nights). If the dates you require include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day, prices are £226 per night.
