Property description

Eldo the Caravan is a wheelchair-accessible caravan situated on a popular Haven holiday village with direct access to the beach. 

Eldo has a stylish open-plan living/dining area with sofas (including sofa bed), cosy gas fire, TV, DVD player, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, dining table with bench and free-standing stools, and modern fully-fitted kitchen with wheel-under sink and lowered worksurface.

The extra large master bedroom has twin beds that can also be configured as a double, a single profiling bed, and full room coverage ceiling tracking hoist. The caravan has a second twin bedroom.

The accessible wet-room has a step-free shower with fixed grab-rail, adult size shower bench (normally stored in the master bedroom), wall-mounted shower seat, separate hand-held shower attachment, wheel-under washbasin with grab-rails, drop-down grab-rail and fixed grab-rail alongside WC, lever-style taps, and wheel-in shower chair.

Guests can enjoy outdoor dining on the wrap-around terrace, with dining table, free-standing seating and parasol. The dedicated parking space is large enough for most WAVs.

A large metal storage box is available behind Eldo which can be used for storing specialist breathing equipment and oxygen tanks (Haven are happy to receive on behalf of guests at reception prior to arrival). The caravan is dog-friendly.

Eldo is situated on the Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village with very flat and direct access to sandy beaches, indoor pool with water flume, outdoor pool, two panoramic fishing lakes, and cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment for all the family.

The caravan is ideally situated for exploring Somerset and visiting attractions such as Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Brean Theme Park, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, and the Roman City of Bath.
